Any client that feels dissatisfied with the service of Company, has the right to address the complaints review service of Company with a oral, standard written or electronic complaint. You can get an electronic form below on our website and standard complaint form you can get in any of our branches and service centers.
The complaint is examined by MFO Intel Express Georgia’s complaints review service. The consumer will be informed about the decision concerning complaint in a written or/and other forms of communication (electronic, digital or other).

A maximum term for examining each individual complaint is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the successful electronic/written application receipt by the company in applicable form.
